Description of the procurement of the participation application "Heat delivery - Kihnioe"
The subject of the procurement is the delivery of heat to the district heating network owned by Kihnioe Vesi ja Laempoe Oy in the central district of Kihnioe municipality. Thermal energy is produced by the customer's own wood chip heating plant with a rated output of about 1 MW. Applywood fuel must also be used as boiler fuel in the future. The backup and peak load is produced by two boilers using light fuel oil located on the customer's premises.for delivery. In delivery, the responsibility of the heat producer (Supplier) includes, in addition to the use and maintenance of the heating center, the procurement of fuel and the maintenance of the heating center in accordance with the preliminary contract draft and with a scope to be determined in more detail during the bidding phase.
The volume of heat production is no.in 3, 000 MWh per year. The amount of heat consumed by the network varies every year and the contract does not constitute a quantity purchase obligation for the Subscriber. The supplier is the only heater in the network.
The procurement process consists of two phases, the participation application phase and the actual tender phase.
