Tender Details

The County of Mohave, on behalf of the Department Name Department, is seeking proposals from qualified respondents for Project Title related to the following disciplines: 1) Employee and Law Enforcement Officer-s Merit Systems, 2) Arizona Property Tax Appeals and Reviews, and 3) Protests / Appeals of Solicitations and Contract Awards. Proposers have the option of applying for one or all of the disciplines. The County will be selecting the top three successful (3) Hearing Officers in each discipline to serve in a rotational pattern, based on availability. Successful proposals will be those that demonstrate the requisite qualifications for conducting hearings and making determinations, including all the work necessary for the effective handling of the County-s hearings. Hearings would include Mohave County Employee and Law Enforcement Officer-s Merit Systems, Arizona Property Tax Appeals and Reviews, and Protest and Appeals in Accordance with Mohave County Procurement Code. All proposals are due before 2:00 pm on January 16, 2026.
