Hearing on the basis of competition for a framework agreement on de-icing and anti-icing fluids for aircraft Defense materiel (FMA) is working on planning a new framework agreement for the purchase of de-icing and anti-icing fluids for aircraft, and refers to previously published market research 2025042406 procurement of bulk chemicals. Ahead of the announcement, the market is invited to provide input on the draft tender basis. The purpose of the consultation is to ensure the quality of key competition and contract elements, and to contribute to ensure that the competition provides real competition, predictability and appropriate solutions. The competition is planned to be announced in Q4 2026, but can tentatively be published in mid/late Q3 if there is a need for earlier contract coverage. Feedback must be provided in writing via the communication module in Mercell by 03/09/2026 at 12:00. Feedback received after the deadline will also be registered, but the supplier cannot expect that these will be taken into account in the further work.
