Tender are invited for INVITATION TO BIDDERSThe State of Alaska, Department of Natural Resources, Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation, subject to the provisions of AS 41.21.020 will receive sealed bids forHealy Center Pit Road, Project No. 52959-8near Healy, Alaska.Work includes:Provide all equipment, labor, and materials necessary to construct new access to the area south of Center Pit. The design includes approximately 1300 feet of new road construction, road resurfacing, over-excavation through road cut sections in friable sedimentary rock, replacing excavated sections with compacted gravel, and establishing drainage via culvert installation along the access road. Maintenance of the existing access road is also included.The bids will be received until 2:00 PM prevailing time on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at the Division's Anchorage office, 550 W 7th Avenue, Suite 1340, Anchorage, Alaska 99501-3565.
