Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criteria as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat upon payment of a non-refundable fee based on the standard rate pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB.
The Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provision of the IRR of RA No. 12009.
