Université de Saint-Boniface (USB) invites proposals from qualified Healthcare Simulation Technology Consultants to provide independent, vendor-neutral consulting services for the modernization of its Nursing Simulation Centre technology environment. The assignment will be delivered in two phases. Phase 1 includes assessment of existing conditions, stakeholder engagement, requirements development, technology strategy, concept development, and implementation planning. Subject to USB approval, Phase 2 includes detailed design, procurement support, implementation oversight, commissioning, training, and operational readiness services. Consultant services are anticipated to commence in August 2026, with Phase 1 completed by November 2026 and project implementation and operational readiness achieved for academic launch in Fall 2027.
