Description:
Background
The LevinPro HC M&A data are the comprehensive healthcare acquisition data available. It tracks acquisitions for the entire health care services industry, categorizing M&A activity by 14+ sectors, important for NSA analysis that wants to particularly focus on whether areas most affected by NSA(E&M, radiology, anesthesiology) see accelerating M&A activity compared to other specialties/sectors.
Scope of Work
The Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation (ASPE) is in need of data on mergers and acquisitions in the markets for health care services. This data is critical for a series of reports. HHS is required to do under the No Surprises Act, Sec.201. This data would support HP-s need for data analysis on mergers and acquisitions in the health care sector. The LevinPro HC M&A data will allow HP to access trends in mergers and acquisitions across all healthcare sectors. LevinPro LTC will allow HP to access trends in mergers and acquisitions in the long term care sector.
Responses
The proposed acquisition action is for items and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.501. If you believe you can provide the items or services requested, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency, to the Contracting Officer, Anne Mineweaser, at [email protected] referencing notice number HHS-OMAS-NOI-26-7571MN26Q00106 by 3:00 P.M. on September 18, 2026. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract acquisition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
