The subject of this public contract is the provision of professional services of experts in the healthcare sector within the framework of the project Renovation and modernization of hospitals in Ukraine within the framework of the UIF (Ukraine Investment Framework), for the purpose of providing professional support in the field of quality management hospital care and medical technology. The specific specification of the service is given in the draft contract, which forms Annex No. 1 of this ZD. The subject of the services is divided into individual topics by the contract. The contracting authority requires the provision of at least 2 experts for each of the below the specified category of services: a.Expert in managing the quality of hospital care, b. Medical technology expert. The participant must offer at least 2 experts for each of the service categories who meet all the qualification requirements set for the given category. One natural person can be offered for both categories, if his professional and time capacities allow the fulfillment of both areas. The names of the experts will be added to the draft contract (Appendix No. 1 ZD) as part of the submitted offer, according to the legal of the Order of the Czech Republic.
