Hsiar Sets out to Exercise Effective Governance over Secondary Use Data Resources, While Enabling Timely and Secure Access to Data, Supporting an Integrated, Modernized Model of Information Sharing Across the Health Sector. the Division Leads the Overarching Provincial Analytic Strategy and Approach, and Performs Comprehensive, Robust and Integrated Analytics, Research and Evaluation of Health Sector Performance Through Development and Monitoring of Policy Frameworks to Ensure a Consistent and Timely Approach Health System Measurement Utilizing a Client Centred Approach. in Carrying out Its Responsibilities, the Ministry Does, from Time to Time, Use Outside Service Providers to Provide Specialized Services. the Purpose of This Request for Qualifications (Rfq) is to Qualify Companies Experienced in the Deliverables Listed Below. Preference May be Given to Companies Demonstrating Expertise in a Minimum of Four out of Eight (4/8) of the Deliverables. Health Data Analytics Services: A) Complex, Cross-System, Data Profiling and Segregation, and Cohort Analysis; B) Health Economics Modeling (E.G., Predictive, Optimization, Econometric, Simulation Modeling and Hypothesis Testing); C) Forecasting, Projections and Time Series Analysis; D) What if Scenario Analysis; E) Health System Analysis and Impact Assessment (E.G., Standard Reporting, Environmental Scans, Literature Reviews, Retrospective Analysis, Research, Population Health Trending); F) Health Data, Domain, or Clinical Subject Matter Expert; G) Interactive Data Visualization and Dashboard Creation; And, H) Methodology and Definitions Development and Support.
