Background and Purpose McMaster University invites qualified bidders to submit responses for the supply of Health Sciences e-Learning Program Services in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposals.Bidders can submit proposals for one or more of the following service categories, each of which will be evaluated separately and awarded to the highest-ranked proponent: Category 1: Business Development & Operational Support; Category 2: Project Management, Analytics & Performance Reporting; Category 3: Content Development & Production Support. Scope/ObjectiveThe University is seeking to establish a non‑exclusive, multi‑year professional services agreement with one or more qualified proponents to provide integrated program‑level services in support of Health Sciences e‑Learning initiatives.The successful Proponent(s) will provide a flexible combination of project management, business development and operational support, analytics and performance reporting (including analytics), and content development services to support the planning, delivery, and sustainability of digital learning initiatives.
