CM wishes to further strengthen its position as a benchmark health fund and aims to offer, by 2028, a health promotion offer to 1 in 10 members. Today, the health offer - of which the CM-Academy of Health is the main engine - relies on a fragmented and obsolete application environment. This reaches its limits: • a poor user experience for members, organizations and internal collaborators, • structural technical problems and difficulties linked to suppliers, • inefficient administration and manual interventions, • limited and incomplete data for management and reporting. The contract with an external supplier relating to part of this environment application is expiring, which offers an opportunity for renewal.
