Health insurance including treatment agreement The competition applies to the delivery of health insurance including treatment agreement. The value of the acquisition is estimated at: NOK 550, 000 ex. VAT per year. The volume is an estimate and is not binding on the client. ENVIRONMENT: This one the procurement is, by its nature, assessed to have an insignificant impact on climate and the environment, cf. section 5b third paragraph of the Procurement Act. The reason for this is that the procurement concerns the purchase of insurance where the nature of the procurement means that the client is cut off from influencing the climate and the environmental impact, since requirements and criteria that target these elements will not have a sufficient connection to the delivery, cf. DFØ's environmental guide. APPRENTICE: The client has assessed the acquisition against the apprenticeship regulations, cf. Procurement Act § 5h, and concluded that there are no requirements for apprentices in this procurement as the main element of the contract does not include work where it is relevant to use labor with a trade or journeyman's certificate, cf. the apprentice regulations § 6 (3).
