Products or services: Gas and sewer service The Lo Prado Cultural Center Foundation calls for Public Bidding to contract a comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance, cleaning and emergency response service for the existing sewage and rainwater sanitary infrastructure in its facilities. The contract includes the execution of two comprehensive preventive maintenance during the contractual period, including the cleaning of the septic tank and/or the water plant. sewage treatment, maintenance of two extraction pumps, review of the associated electrical panel, cleaning of sewage chambers and pipes, and cleaning of rainwater chambers and grates. Additionally, the service must include a emergency care for each month of contractual validity, without additional charge to the Foundation, intended to solve or control obstructions, overflows or other contingencies that affect a specific point of the sanitary network, such as a toilet, chamber, pipe, grate or drain.
