1. The Local Government Unit Tiwi, Albay, through the 20% Development Fund-Continuing Appropriation for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Eight Pesos & 07/100 (₱1, 499, 958.07) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Health Facility Development Program (Rehabilitation of the Rural Health Unit Center). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit Tiwi, Albay now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 76 calendar days.
