Health care services - the views of tel died in the Central Bohemian region
Description of the contract :The subject of the order is the provision of health services - sightings of tellers who died in the Central Bohemian region in accordance with Section 84 (2) of the Act. b) Act No. 372/2011 Coll., on health services and on the conditions for their provision, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Health Services Act"), in particular - to inspect the visits of tellers who died outside health care facilities in the Central Bohemian Region continuously, ie 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, unless this is a procedure under Section 84 (2). (a), (c) and (d) of the Health Services Act, - to ensure that the body of the deceasedin accordance with Section 84 (2) of the Act. (b) the Health Services Act will call the Health Care Services Operations Center without undue delay within 120 minutes of receiving the call; - operate a telephone number that is available at all times;the health and safety service of the Central Bohemian Region for receiving the call to the telephone line number 155 or the single European number 112 call 112 in accordance with the provision of Section 110, paragraph 1, will be available. b) the Health Services Act.
