Health care portal The procurement concerns a web- and app-based wellness portal for the administration and use of wellness grants for Nässjö & Sävsjö Municipality's employees. The service must manage the entire chain from the employee's purchases at connected actors to digital receipt management for non-affiliated actors, with direct balance adjustment and payment to the employee. The portal must support BankID/SSO login, be available in Swedish for both iOS and Android, and offer a broad and inclusive range of wellness services - including at least 15 local actors at the start of the agreement. The supplier is also responsible for ongoing administration of employee data via automated file transfer, quality control of connected actors, de-identified statistics, support in Swedish and a communication package at the time of introduction.
