Object of the contract
A partnership between Staffordshire County Council and Stoke-on-Trent City Council is seeking the provision of an online service for children and young people who require advice, information, guidance and Tier 2 intervention for their emotional wellbeing and mental health. The online service must include the provision of:1. Advice, information and guidance on a range of emotional wellbeing and mental health topics.2. Time limited, online counselling, through the medium of ''live chat'' and/or ''email support''.3. Moderated, peer discussion forumsChildren and young people accessing the service will have mild/moderate (Tier 2) emotional wellbeing and mental health difficulties. The provision of advice and guidance will be of Tier 1 nature.It is essential that the successful Provider can confidently and effectively navigate children and young people to community services, when these are required. The successful Provider will be expected to host a range of information on an accessible website about local community service provision.
