Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers.The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of new Playgrounds at Kin Kora SS, located at 41-43 Hibiscus Ave, Gladstone Central QLD 4680, as part of the Playground and Tuckshop Grant (PTG) program.The works include multiple new playgrounds at the school and removal of the old playgrounds. The position of the site is at the front of the school with easy site access and ample working space. All works are to be completed by the end of July 2025.Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1 million QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Structural Landscape) builders- licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
