Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers.The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Tuckshop Refurbishment at Elanora State High School, located at 261 Nineteenth Ave, Elanora QLD 4221, as part of the Playground and Tuckshop Grant (PTG) program.The existing Tuck Shop refurbishment works consist of new wall, ceiling and floor finishes, new internal partition walls, new s/s fitout, new tuckshop equipment. The Works also include services upgrades. Refer to tender drawings for full scope of works. All works are to be completed for start of Term 4 / September 2025.QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity InsuranceIt is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders- licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
