This Invitation to Register Interest (ITR), is requesting a Contractor to carry out construction delivery of Work Package 2.4 at Henderson (WP2.4), WA. The Commonwealth of Australia (Commonwealth) as represented by the Department of Defence (Defence) is planning and intends to engage a single Head Contractor (HC) to deliver WP 2.4 as part of the ESTJ8218 Program. The Works include the following : i) Demolition of existing warehouse buildng (A0016) and the construction of a new building to provide pallet storage and distribution facilities, a maintenance workshop and Petroleum, Oil, Lubricants (POL) and Danergous Goods (DG) storage within the footprint of the exisitng warehouse; and ii) Related infrastructure upgrades including but not limited to pavements, power, communications, fire and potable water, and driange assets; and The scope of the Contractor-s activities will include but is not limited to the following : iii) reviewing and familiarising with existing project documentation, including the Final Design Report (FDR, Sponsor-s Functional Requirements Brief (SFRB), and other relevant artefacts. iv) production of construction documentation, including shop drawings derived from 100% Issued for Construction design; v) coordination of obtaining necessary permits vi) site mobilisation, including establishment of temporary construction facilities, amenities and secure access controls; vii) coordination with base operations, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing Defence ope...
