Tenders are invited for Shccig Yulin Chemical Co., Ltd 15 Million Tonnes / Year Coal Quality and Clean and Efficient Conversion Demonstration Project Olefin, Aromatics and Deep Processing Project (Referred to as the 'Second Phase Project') is Based on the First Phase of the Project, Through the Coal Pyrolysis, Coal/Semi-Coke Gasification and the Downstream Deep-Processing Technology System Integration, To Further Expand and Extend the Industry Chain, Explore it is to Further Expand and Extend the Industrial Chain through the Systematic Integration of Coal Pyrolysis, Coal/Semi-Coke Gasification and Downstream Deep Processing Technology, Explore the New Path for the Coupling Development of Coal-Based Olefin and Coal-Based Aromatics, And to Produce Four Categories of High-Value-Added Products, Such as High-Performance Materials, Solvents for Battery Electrolyte, Biodegradable Materials, And Special Oils, So as to Realise the Development of the Coal Chemical Industry in Terms of High End, Diversification, And Low Carbon. According to the Principle of 'Overall Planning and Step-By-Step Implementation', The Second Phase Project is Divided into the First Phase of the Second Phase Project and Subsequent Projects. Phase Ii Stage I Project Mainly Constructs 5.6 Million Tonnes/Year of Coal to Methanol, 1.48 Million Tonnes/Year of Methanol to Olefin and Downstream Deep-Processing Units, Producing Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Eva, Sap and Other 8 Types of Products with a Total of 2.77 Million Tonnes/Year. The Second Phase of the Project Covers a Total Area of about 9, 200 Acres, With an Estimated Total Investment of about 62 Billion Yuan.
