The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) is performing market research to determine if there are any vendors, regardless of business size, that can provide Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) CONTRACTED RESIDENTIAL SERVICES (CRS) EMERGENCY HOUSING GUAM for the Veteran Affairs Pacific Island Health Care System (VAPIHCS, as described below. A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached.
