Description
This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis (market survey). This is not a request for quote (RFQ) or a request for proposal (RFP). This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The Government will not pay for any cost incurred in responding to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought synopsis shall be voluntary.
Please submit electronic response indicating the company-s capability as well as POC (name, telephone # and email address) along with contractor-s CAGE, UEI, and the physical location of your facility to the individuals listed within this notice. This request may not directly lead to a Request for Quotation/Proposal.

GENERAL SCOPE: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, vehicles, supervision, training, tools, equipment, and other items necessary to provide Hazardous Waste (HW) collection at multiple locations on North Field, Tinian, CNMI. Collection areas are shown in Appendix A.
In this contract, Hazardous Waste is any discarded solid waste (liquid, semi-solid, solid, or gaseous) that meets the definition of a hazardous waste by USEPA, state authorities, or the DoD. In accordance with the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), a solid waste is a listed hazardous waste if it is specifically listed, or it is a characteristic hazardous waste if it exhibits the characteristics of ignitability, corrosivity, reactivity, or toxicity.
