AMENDMENT TO A PREVIOUS COMBINED SOLICITATION - 36C25624Q0345 - The MEDVAMC is seeking a contractor to provide all universal and hazardous waste disposal services at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center and Eleven (11 each) external Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) locations, in accordance with the Statement of Work.
The purpose of this amendment is:
