1. The City Government of Palayan, through the Special Purpose Lump-sum Fund intends to apply the sum of (Php4, 750, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Hauling and Tipping of Residual Waste for Implementation of Solid Waste Management Program CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at opening.
2. The City Government of Palayan now invites bids for the Hauling and Tipping of Residual Waste for Implementation of Solid Waste Management Program CY 2026.
