PR No. 1036 dated June 2, 2016
1. The City Government of Cagayan de Oro, through Non-Office - Social Services Sector Garbage Collection Improvement Program CY 2016 (Re-enacted), intends to apply the sum of Thirty Six Million and 00/100 Pesos (PhP36, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Hauling and Disposal of Municipal Solid Waste in Cagayan de Oro City for Six (6) Months at a price not to exceed PhP348.52 Per Cubic Meter (Compacted Volume); PR No. 1036 dated June 2, 2016. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Cagayan de Oro now invites bids for Hauling and Disposal of Municipal Solid Waste in Cagayan de Oro City for Six (6) Months at a price not to exceed PhP348.52 Per Cubic Meter (Compacted Volume); PR No. 1036 dated June 2, 2016.
Delivery of Services shall be Six (6) Months. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary -A"pass/fail-A
