Object of these deliveries:
The Water-Link Production site "Induss I" produces demineralized water for use as boiler feeding water through the (petro) chemical industry in the port of Antwerp. The raw water is tap water based on surface water, with the most important properties:
• TemPERATURE: 4-25 C
• conductivity: 420-800 ys/cm, on average 560 ys/cm;
• TOC: 1.5-2.5 mg/l;
• Silica: 1-8 mg/l
The final quality of the demi water produced met the following product lines • Sila • Sila • Sila and 1 In March 2026 Worders the 6th production line, based on ion exchange.
This production line is built in an up.co.re configuration, where production is done from top to bottom. The production rate (employed) varies from min-max 250 to 500 m³/h. At a low water temperature, the flow can be inTo be needed to be reduced to 400 m³/h Max, but otherwise it is not allowed. Regeneration of Kation and Anion is done by 4.1% HCL and 3.2% NAOH respectively.
The configuration consists of a cation tank (2 compartments), atmospheric degasser, anion tank (2 compartments), mixing bedtaNK with internal regeneration. The following types and volumes resins are necessary for this and will be purchased through this tendering procedure.
