REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS PURPOSE The City requests Quotations from experienced and qualified Contractors for the provisionof equipment for the Hardware Replacement, Internet Application Load BalancingInfrastructure. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary materials, supplies, andtransportation necessary to supply and deliver the Good(s) and any spare parts andperformance of the in accordance with this Agreement. SPECIFICATIONS OF GOODS AND SCOPE OF SERVICES To maintain interoperability with existing infrastructure, equipment, control systems, software and services the City is replacing enterprise level equipment at a few locationsthat have reached end of life. The Contractor must be an authorized F5 reseller in good standing within Canada. TheCity reserves the right to verify if a Contractor is an authorized reseller. ADDENDA If the City determines that an amendment is required to this RFQ, the City Representative will issue a written addendum by posting it on the BC Bid Website at www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca and the City Website at www.surrey.ca (collectively, the “Websites”), and upon posting, any addenda will form part of this RFQ. It is the responsibility of Contractors to check the Websites for addenda. The only way this RFQ may be added to, or amended in any way, is by a formal written addendum.
