The subject of the order is the successive delivery of hard coal in the following assortment: pea coal for the Rogno Commune in the 2026/2027 heating season.1 Pea coal must meet the minimum requirements: calorific value in working condition 26, 000 MJ/kg, ash content in working condition 2. Pea coal in the amount of 260 tons should be delivered to the following properties:2.1. Boiler room in the Szembruk community center - 20 tons (in 25 kg bags)2.2. Boiler room in Skurgwy 40 tons (in 25 kg bags)2.3. Boiler plant in Jamy 200 tons (in bags of 25 kg)3. Hard coal must be free from all types of contamination, including: stone, zom or muu.4. The amounts given in point 2 are estimates, the specific amount of fuel will depend on the current needs of the Ordering Party and weather conditions. The Ordering Party reserves the right the right not to use the entire quantitative scope of the subject of the order. In such a case, the Contractor will be entitled to remuneration corresponding to the value of the fuel actually delivered. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim against the Ordering Party in respect thereof failure to use the full amount of fuel.
