​On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for a HappyScripe PRO subscription. Purchasing a new HappyScripe plan PRO subscription (https://www.happyscribe.com) The PRO plan allows access for 3 users (3 user seats), Subscription period: 12 months, Number of subscriptions: 1, Data for setting up an account will be provided after signing the Order, All service activation costs are borne by the Contractor, Electronic implementation, Payment terms: One-time payment after activation subscription and signing the acceptance protocol, 21 days from the receipt of a correctly issued invoice. Completion date: up to 3 days from the date of signing the Order. Attachments to download/read: 1. "General terms and conditions of orders" can be downloaded from the "Regulations i" tab procedure"2. Order template available for download from the "Appendices" tab. We would like to inform you that we anticipate the possibility of conducting the second stage of this procedure (negotiations) in the form of a discount auction or request for quotation.
