CONTRACTING SITE The construction site is Tornio, address Viidankatu 27, 95420 TORNIO. A more detailed description of the overall contract can be found in "Appendices and links". In the attachments: - contract program - explanation of work (Hannula school), - safety document - yard plan - arena artificial turf - Construction contract YSE 1998 - RT 16-10660 As a builder works Tornio city / Technical services, Suensaarenkatu 4, 96400 Tornio. The technical director acts as the developer's representative. The form of the contract is an overall contract, in which the main contractor acts as the general contractor. The construction work includes the Hannula school and modification work in the preschool yard, acquisition of a new arena, new equipment and platforms, installation work, necessary demolition work and other work mentioned in the plans.
