The Subject Of The Acquisition :
Purchase name: School transport and multi-service traffic in Hankasalmi municipality
Description of the procurement: This procurement notice is used to compete in liner shipping, school and service transportation, as well as business travel within the municipality of Hankasalmi. The contractual periods are: 08.08.2019 - 30.5.2020, 1.8.2020 - 10.6.2021 and possibility to continue the contract with one year option for 1.8.2021 - 10.6.2022. The terms of the invitation to tender are attached (Annex 1). There are four school years, plus an upper secondary school and a high school in the school center of the village.The operator reduces the monthly ticket revenue for operating the service. If necessary, the operator is obliged to participate in the route and schedule planning. Route descriptions attached (appendix 3) .The details of the frequencies to be purchased are attached to the invitation to tender (Annex 3). PreEstimated times, routes, and kilometers are estimates based on school transport needs and will be specified before the start of the service. If necessary, the routing will be changed with the carrier to meet the needs of the subscriber every academic year. The equipment is used between the above routes, during daytime eg. for schoolfor swimming. These transports are ordered and billed separately. Line purchases are a public transport open to all. The shuttles operate on the Hankasalmi municipality school days from Monday to Friday. There are 187-190 school days during the school year. School days may bebe occasionally on Saturdays (eg Christmas and spring holidays or other decided Saturday school days). Work and holiday periods for primary and basic education are attached (Annex 4). These days, the municipality decides on the service according to the particular traffic needs. Traveler pricing is decided by the subscriberThe average mileage reported for the last academic year is only indicative and is not binding on the subscriber. Driving kilometers may change during the contract period. Multi-service traffic comprises the personal, food and home-cooked services of the municipality of Hankasalmi. Transportation performance takes place at pfrom 7:00 to 16:00 on weekdays. During school holidays, public transport and meals are driven. One car is enough for school holidays. Passenger and business travel takes place on weekdays with the customer's contact directly to the driver, as well as a separate subscription from the subscriberfrom. Traffic is a routed, partly inviting, business travel that runs in the mornings during school trips. The subscriber is responsible for general information on traffic.
