The question is about the framework arrangement, where e.g. the number of shared cars can be increased or decreased during the contract period.

The procurement initially includes four electric (fully electric) passenger cars, as well as operational condition (maintenance and cleanliness)a services related to booking.

Shared cars are used by employees of the City of Jyvaeskylae during office hours and can be booked by anyone outside of office hours. Reservation services must be organized as a digital service.
