The WA National Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the Construction of: Convert fire suppression systems in H1029, H1033, and H1037 to an automatic water-only, single-interlock preaction sprinkler systems. Replace sprinklers, piping, and valves as necessary to accommodate the conversion to water only. Demo AFFF systems and foam monitors and dispose of AFFF. Location: Fairchild Air Force Base.
The contract duration will be 200 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses.
