Project Description : Alberta Environment and Parks/ Parks Division, South Region, has an opportunity for your company to submit a bid to provide general carpentry tasks throughout various Alberta Parks located in the South Region. The resulting contract will entail a variety of small construction projects, renovations, and repairs as directed by the Contract Manager or his designate. Bids must include your entire applicable 2018-19 schedule of rates including hourly labour rates, hourly vehicle rates, travel rates ($ per kilometre) as well as materials costs and your mark-up percentage(%) on material costs. Work may include but is not limited to: • Framing • Drywalling, patching, and mudding • Tile work • Fence and deck construction • Painting • Door/window installation • Roofing (both asphalt shingles and metal) and siding
