The service to be acquired is the use of waste received by the subscriber as energy. Waste is mainly a mixed municipal waste from households under section 32 of the Waste Act (title 20 03 01). The subscriber -binding estimate of the amount of mixed municipal waste is approximately 4, 870 tonnes per year. The contract period is four (4) years. As an additional acquisition, this section includes a two (2) year option.
