Front forklifts Telescopic loaders The subject of the contract is the purchase of handling machines, including adapters compatible with the respective machine (hereinafter referred to as "mechanisms" and "vehicles") intended for lifting and moving bulky loads in vertical and horizontal planes in the required amount. Part of the delivery of the subject of the contract is also the performance of all warranty inspections and controls of the mechanisms prescribed by the manufacturer, during the entire duration of the warranty. The subject of the 1st part of the order is the purchase of fronts forklift trucks, including adapters compatible with the respective truck (hereinafter referred to as "mechanism" and "vehicle") in the sense of the specified specification. Part of the delivery of the subject of the contract is also the performance of all warranty inspections and checks of the mechanisms prescribed by the manufacturer, during the entire warranty period. The subject of the 2nd part of the contract is the purchase of telescopic loaders, including adapters compatible with the respective loader (hereinafter referred to as "mechanism" and "vehicle") in accordance with the specified specification. Included delivery of the subject of the contract is also the performance of all warranty inspections and controls of the mechanisms prescribed by the manufacturer, during the entire duration of the warranty.
