The U.S. Embassy in Panama has a requirement to procure Handheld Narcotics Detection System. Please note that this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

REQUIREMENTS - OVERVIEW
Partial offers are not accepted. Offerors must quote all required items and quantities.
Brand Name or Equal: Equal products must meet or exceed the required specifications.
Technical Documentation: Equal products must include the manufacturer, model number, and supporting technical documentation.
Product Condition: Items must be new, unused, authentic, and in original manufacturer packaging. No refurbished, used, reconditioned, or grey-market products.
