The exact technical parameters of the products to be delivered are contained in the technical description that is part of the public procurement documents (hereinafter: KD).
Regarding the product to be delivered, the public procurement tit also includes maintenance for 12 months after handing over the product according to the manufacturer's specifications for the offered product, and the winning bidder is obliged to train users, use the device, perform basic maintenance and train new operators in accordance with the Technical Description
The offeror must submit the technical data sheet for the offered product in his offer (in Hungarian or, in the case of a non-Hungarian language document, the original document and its Hungarian translation), which contains the name, manufacturer, type andthe amount of data from which it can be clearly established that the offered product meets the requirements prescribed in the technical description. If all the requirements stipulated in the technical description cannot be determined from the technical data sheet, the Bidder accepts the missing parameter as the tenderer321/2015 on the method of verifying suitability and exclusionary reasons in public procurement procedures, as well as determining the technical description of public procurement.
