Aleppo at twelve o-clock in the afternoon according to the following: Investment location, initial insurance, area, investment period, and bidding date Investment in the Hanano garage cafeteria based on the bailiffs- parts /1094-1097/Ramousah locality, Ansari real estate area /300, 000/SYP New / 146 / m2, five years Thursday 2/7/2026 Whoever wishes to participate in the auction must submit his identification documents to the General Office of the Aleppo City Council, along with the initial insurance, until the date specified above for the start of the auction. The annual investment allowance is subject to increase according to what is stated in the conditions booklet Primary insurance: It is paid into the Aleppo City Council-s bank account at the Central Bank of Syria under number (607620058944) or by a duly certified check, provided that the first beneficiary of the check is the Aleppo City Council. The bidding takes place on the investment allowance for one year, then it is calculated over the entire period of five years, and the allowance is increased.
