Halte de Russin - Creation of an accessibility link by hectometric transport This public contract concerns the design, construction, supply, commissioning and maintenance of a hectometric link (of the inclined elevator type or funicular) linking the Russin railway station to its village, in the canton of Geneva. The expected services are as follows: complete design of the project, including obtaining the necessary building authorizations including requests for possible concession; completion of all the structural and secondary work required for the hectometric link; supply and installation of the cabin as well as all the mechanical and electromechanical equipment necessary for the proper operation of the installation; commissioning of the hectometric link; periodic maintenance of the installation over a period of 10 years after commissioning. The bidder must ensure the landscape integration of the installation, in enlisting the services of a landscape architect from the project phase. This landscape integration must make it possible to obtain the agreement of the Federal Commission for the Protection of Nature and Landscape (CFNP), at the end of the preliminary project phase, main condition for carrying out the project.
