This public contract concerns the design, construction, supply, commissioning and maintenance of a hectometric link (inclined elevator or funicular type) connecting the Russin railway stop to its village, in the canton of Geneva. The expected services are as follows: complete design of the project, including obtaining the necessary building authorizations including possible concession requests; completion of all structural and secondary works work required for the hectometric connection; supply and installation of the cabin as well as all the mechanical and electromechanical equipment necessary for the proper functioning of the installation; commissioning of the hectometric link; interview periodicity of the installation over a period of 10 years after commissioning. The bidder must ensure the landscape integration of the installation, by hiring the services of a landscape architect from the project phase. This integration landscape must make it possible to obtain the agreement of the Federal Commission for the Protection of Nature and Landscape (CFNP), at the end of the pre-project phase, the main condition for carrying out the project.
