Specifically, a day center will be established in the building, WCs, wardrobe solutions, kitchen remodeling and UU designed. It will be a question of a change of use/need for a framework application. Multiconsult performs the S0K function for the client. It is possible that outdoor work on the property will take place at the same time as the execution of this contract. Outdoor workers are therefore not covered by this contract. The project is being carried out as a turnkey contract based on NS 8407 and associated regulations contract form and Oslo municipality's special contract regulations. Options are included in the function description.
