Summer and Christmas #HAF 2025 applications are now open!
The Department for Education (DfE) have granted Local Authorities funding to provide Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) to cover the Easter, Summer, and Christmas Holiday periods for 2025.
We welcome all groups to apply, from community groups, family groups, faith groups, schools, sports clubs, uniformed organisations as well as existing holiday and sport club providers who wish to extend their offer. Please note - applications can be from Single organisations who can provide a complete provision or from Partnership style applications providing a complete provision with a named lead organisation.
SEND: The application form allows providers the option to offer SEND ONLY provision (children must be eligible for Free School Meals). All HAF provision needs to be inclusive i.e. you must try and meet the needs of all eligible children (i.e. eligible for benefits related Free School Meals) including eligible children and young people with a SEND need - we can support you with training for your staff, advice, or funding in making reasonable adjustments to your provision to ensure inclusivity.
