Tender Details

The city of Haemeenlinna (subsequently the procurement entity / customer) requests your offer for the aggregates to be delivered and picked up at infrastructure construction and maintenance sites and related services in accordance with this request for tender and its appendices.

We aim to select contract suppliersthree (3) for each procurement area. If there are not enough offers for the sub-area, fewer contracts will be made. If no bids are received at all, in order to obtain contracts for that sub-area, it is possible to negotiate with the providers of other sub-areas.

Part offers partwithin entities is allowed, and the bidder is not obliged to offer every product of the sub-entity. The contract period is 4 years, starting in February 2024.

Aggregates picked up

In sub-area 1, offers are requested for aggregates picked up with the customer's equipment. In the comparison prices, pickup is taken into accountatka's costs with the price formula. During the contract period, pick-up orders are made for each product from the supplier with the lowest comparative price.

Stone materials delivered to the eastern inner city

In sub-area 2, offers are requested for stone materials delivered to the eastern inner city of the supplier's kon the platform. During the contract period, pick-up orders are made for each product from the supplier with the lowest comparative price.

Aggregate delivered to the western inner city
