HA_ACA_202632 MOE HOURAT Purpose of advertising: Selection of a complete project management team for the modernization and extension project of the SHEM industrial site - Vallée d-Ossau (Laruns - 64). The scope covers a complete site master plan integrating new construction, rehabilitation/reconfiguration of the existing, VRD, parking lots. The application is expected in the form of a group (architect representative) including at least the following skills: structure, HVAC/plumbing, CFO/CFA/SSI, VRD and construction economics/costing (in-house or co-contracting). Breakdown of the mission: • Firm tranche: APS - APD - Building Permit - PRO - DCE. •Optional sections: ACT - VISA/DET/AOR Mandatory visit: A mandatory visit to the site is scheduled for May 11 or 12, 2026 (single date to be confirmed). Location: SHEM factory in Laruns. The details (final date, time, meeting point) will be communicated to candidates after qualification/registration. Financial capacity: The candidate (group) must demonstrate a minimum average annual turnover ≥ €600k over the last three financial years available.
