The purpose is to facilitate the establishment of a modern nursing home with an estimated 160-200 resident rooms, designed in line with current requirements for quality, patient safety and future needs in the health and care sector. The project will be carried out in interaction between Bergen municipality and seller/developer. This means that the parties must work together to ensure good technical, functional and financial solutions, as well as appropriate progress. The interaction model facilitates the utilization of both parties competence early in the process, with the goal of developing a nursing home that provides residents, employees and relatives with the best possible offer. Through this purchase and collaboration, Bergen municipality wishes to contribute to a future-oriented and sustainable development of health and care services in the city. Documents
