Gymnázium Brno, Řečkovice - reconstruction of the school building construction of the reconstruction of the school building" Gymnázia Brno, Řečkovice (hereinafter also "the building") consisting of: a) reconstruction of the existing school building - construction of additions to the catering operation and changing rooms, insulation buildings, construction modifications to the catering operation and related modifications to the entrance area of the school, while maintaining the normal operation of the school, with the fact that the internal spaces affected by the construction will be released by the operator for construction work, b) in the use of the BIM method including the processing of digital construction models at the level of documentation of the actual execution of the construction (DSPS), the provision of cooperation in the preparation and updates of the BIM Implementation Plan (BEP) and the use of a common data environment (hereinafter referred to as "CDE") provided by the client for the purpose of storing, managing and sharing information, all in accordance with the BIM protocol and its annexes No. 2.1-2.3 (part of Annex No. 2 of the procurement documentation - terms and conditions), c) in representing the contracting authority in the clearance procedure and ensuring issuance acceptance decisions or approvals, or other decisions/approvals related to the subject of the public contract, and possibly securing permission to change the building before its completion and representing the client in the procedure for changing the building before its completion.
