Tender are invited for Renovation project is limited to lining the existing metal box gutter with adhered 60 mil EPDM membrane, removing and replacing the existing metal coping and removal and reinstallation of two rows of slate roofing tile to install membrane flashing. The flat rubber roof and insulation board will be removed and replaced for installation of new adhered 60 mil EPDM membrane, 3.5" thick polyisocyanurate rigid insulation board, and tapered insulation saddles, sloped to existing roof drains.
