The goal of this project is to improve drainage on rural roads on government lands in the Crawford, Colorado area by installing efficient drainage features that effectively transport surface water off of roadways and onto adjacent sagebrush vegetation, effectively rewatering the landscape in a way that mimics natural hydrologic flow. The government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein.
